Procedure of quality control and production process for cast aluminum from DR.LADDER
The raw materials (alu ingot )enter the factory.
↓
Enter the store house.
↓
Aluminum ingot Melted in furnace.
↓
Pour Alu liquid into mould.
↓
Press and cast into shape.
↓
Taken out the part from the mould.
↓
Parts natural cooling.
↓
Deburring and grinding the edge.
↓
Size, degree and surface checking with measurement and devices.
↓
Judged by QC and technician (if rejected->Analyzing The Process &
Take The Necessary Actions -> Reworks till eligible or rejected as scraps).

Eligible.
↓
Put in the Transit area -> Packed with carton/ bag.
↓
Move to assembly area or fabrication.
↓
Make surface treatment for the parts.
↓
Quality check after the surface treatment.
↓
Packaged into cartons.
↓
Put on the steel or polywood pallets Which can be lifted by forklift.
↓
Stored into warehouse or delivery out.
